Fruit Boom Terms of Service

1. Account Responsibilities
- Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Absolute Restrictions:
- Reverse engineering or modifying the application code
- Using automated systems (bots, scripts, macros)
- Exploiting bugs for unfair advantage
- Harassing other users or staff members
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Software code and algorithms
- Visual assets and designs
- Trademarks and logos
are owned by Fruit Boom or licensed to us. Limited personal use license granted under these terms.
4. Reward System
- All rewards are virtual and have no monetary value
- We reserve the right to modify reward criteria at any time
- Abuse of the reward system will result in account suspension
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the equivalent value of 12 months of standard rewards
6. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action:
- Submit written notice of dispute to fruit_boom@hotmail.com
- Both parties agree to 60 days of good faith negotiations
- If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Hong Kong
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

This service is operated by Hong Kong Coolya Technology Limited.
